As the Guest Services Associate, responsibilities include; providing outstanding service to our guests at all times through variety of communication pathways. Within this role there are varying degrees of processes in which must be understood and prioritized in order to successfully achieve the daily operations of this department. This role is critical to achieving in an unparalleled experience for staff and guests alike.

BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred 12-week commitment within Summer camp season
  • Provide work related references upon request
  • Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 25lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.

  • As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected from the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) system, child abuse clearances are obtained through the Department of Public Welfare, and federal history is taken through FBI fingerprint screening.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings:
    • On-site work attendance at Woodward PA

      • Summer Camp Season (June 4th - August 26th)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Communicating with our guests while on the phone and/or emails
  • Manipulate registrations as needed
  • Scholarship Program (Giving Back)
    • Manage resource tools and responses partnered with supervisor.
  • Provide an overview of the registration status items.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Account management such as merging duplicate accounts as directed.
  • Sales
    • Communicating with our guests while on the phone and/or emails

  • Review reporting and communicate to parents regarding prior to arrival requirements.

    • Administer phone support with compassion and a SMILE.
    • Monitor email accounts as an employee and/or other departments as assigned.
    • Provide an overview of the registration status items.
    • Assist campers with permanent and/or temporary arrivals/departures.
    • Provide direction and communication with compassion to guests with challenges.
  • Facilities and Equipment (Innovating Environment)
    • Maintain a professional and clean appearance of the camp office
    • Monitor front gate security surveillance to uphold a safe environment.
  • Provide direction and communication with compassion to guests with challenges.
  • Registration (CircuiTree - Camp Registration Management System)
    • Manipulate registrations as needed
    • Review reporting and communicate to parents regarding prior to arrival requirements.
    • Transfer registrations as directed.
    • Account management such as merging duplicate accounts as directed.
