Position Summary
Are you a detail oriented, enthusiastic individual that loves to see groups of people enjoy an amazing game experience? We are seeking a Group Service Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Group Service Coordinator is to coordinate and execute group sales and service programs, events, and initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Day-to-Day Service Responsibilities
  • Assist Ticket Sales Team with group touch point process
  • Scheduling associates week to week duties:
  • Assist and execute Group Department Events
  • Attend select client meetings to convey service related items
  • Overseeing and creating promotional material
  • Other duties as assigned by the Group Sales and Service Director
  • Answer incoming service calls
  • Making sure the group “GL” is staffed and covered.
  • Provide input on service components and execution of new group program development
  • Assist with prospecting for Account Executive sales efforts
  • Group service calls
  • Create service recaps of each event
Game Day Responsibilities
  • Execution of group Fan Experience Package and additional assets
  • Execute set-up and take down of sales table and distribution of promotional items
  • Other duties as determined by the Group Sales and Service Director
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft CRM and SRO preferred
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • At least 2 years of service experience, in sports or entertainment industry preferred
