Groundskeeper 3 Jobs

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Operates equipment as required (such as Kubota front end loader, backhoe, hand operated trencher, etc.).
2. Operates power tools such as weed whackers, power mowers, power chainsaws, etc.
3. Performs pre-start up maintenance such as checking proper oil level, water, proper tire air pressure, etc.
4. Drives employees to and from jobs as required.
5. Performs pruning, turfing, landscaping and grounds maintenance with limited supervision.
6. Informs Supervisor of any work discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
7. Submits oral or written reports to the Supervisor.
8. Must be knowledgeable in all phases of work under his/her jurisdiction. Directs the employees assigned to work under his/her jurisdiction.
9. Performs work with due regard to safety of self and fellow employees, exercising proper care and protection of company property.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
