Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Grinder Operator in Spartanburg, SC. This is temp to perm/permanent, 4 day 10 hour work week located in Spartanburg.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate power tools, hand tools, machinery and computers.
• Operate forklift.
• Complete daily production paperwork.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Perform equipment and tooling Preventative Maintenance as required.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Operate within standard operating procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Fundamental knowledge of adhesive and fasteners.
• Must be able to use tape measure, calipers, etc.

Physical/Medical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds.
• Use of safety equipment including but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, safety boots or shoes. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Education Requirement
High School diploma or general education degree ( GED)
