Position Summary

Organization: Global Give-A-Book

Location: Remote

An Off-Campus Work-Study Position


Produce Library newsletters which includes layout of graphics, photographs, text, and mailing
  • Create e-newsletters highlighting current programs

  • Communicate with various departments to understand their graphic needs for various projects

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for the Library’s marketing communications which includes posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, and other graphics and artwork

  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work

  • Manage inventory of graphic artist’s materials and recommend new equipment, software, and display material needs

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
