Graphic Designer Jobs

JOB SUMMARY:

As an important part of internal and external communication, as well as the overall worship experience, you will assist the communications department in creative and daily activities as it pertains to the Worship Art-Communications experience here at Bethel Church of Evansville. You will create communication materials/visual media content to be used to support sermon series, promotional material, social media engagement, print media, and departmental communications support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An ability to produce high-quality designs under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in art/ design/communications.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assigned jobs effectively and efficiently regardless of working individually or with a team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Photography
• Maintain a positive attitude and respectful communication as you speak with staff/patrons.
• Create documentation or creative photography/video using camera equipment.
• Flex, revise, and re-create projects to a desired outcome, as directed by the project leader.
• The ability to work individually or as a team to meet an overall common production goal.
• Create art/communication pieces, inspired by a theme or idea, while meeting deadlines.
• Create visual and communication content and deliverables for live production, social media outlet(s), print mediums, or other communications necessary to keep Bethel Church of Evansville in mainstream and trend forward communication venues.
• Learn to operate camera(s) and communication software.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in sermon series stage building from inception to execution, props, production elements, atmospheric elements for live and or studio settings as needed.
• Decorate the auditorium and or special spaces for holiday/themed ministry events.
• Assist with digital media, photography, art communication requests.
• Create (or assist in the creation) art displays for events, series, holidays, or special theme environments for ministry support within Bethel Church.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

Experience:
