Graphic Designer:


Clutch Experiential, a 24G company, is a leader in creating experience based software and digital solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands for major events, retail, trade shows, and conferences. Our team of programmers, designers, and creators build websites, apps, and more—all from the comfort of our innovative open-office space located in a decommissioned bowling alley with 10 working lanes. What You Will Do


  • The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and sensibilities to help guide the user design process and be able to ensure presentations are intuitive, modern and compelling.
  • We are looking for a graphic designer who can successfully combine art and technology to create both digital and printed deliverables that captivate, inform, and inspire.
  • In this role, you’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including participation in brainstorms and reviews with insightful contributions. You should have experience researching clients, audiences, and project details that will inform your work.
  • This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, a user-based design approach, and strong visual vocabulary. As a designer, you will collaborate with a number of different departments to solve complex problems both visually and functionally. You will be working with other design team members and developers, as well as account and producer leads, to understand the client vision and end user needs, designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. An agency background is preferred, but not required.
  • You will be working on projects for well-known brands, which include but are not limited to posters, UX/UI design (including website and application design), kiosks, and digital signage.


Qualifications


  • 2-5 years graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in leading design software and technologies, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, XD, PowerPoint, Google Slides.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong examples of digital design practice.

  • Passion and understanding for all things design, including current trends and technologies.
  • Professional, versatile, flexible, and works well under pressure.
  • Ability to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts within defined brand guidelines.
  • Ability to build large-scale user interfaces based on knowledge of quality user experiences and design methods.
  • Ability to interact and communicate well with others and to confidently present ideas.
  • Ability to meet deadlines using strong time management skills.
  • Ability to successfully work as both part of a team and individually.
  • Ability to work well with a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Open to learning new tools, software, and processes.
