Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities


  • Analyze the existing electronic document management structure and propose an optimized data storage/reporting structure to manage the Directorate’s records and deliver an optimal content hierarchy map in a visual, graphic format and maintain the optimized data storage/reporting structure.
  • Prepare and deliver optimized process flows, documented visually with supporting documents in Microsoft Word and/or Visio (mapped to form layouts).
  • Create and deliver draft and final newsletters, spotlight articles, featured articles, and website communications updates to disseminate within the PMO business offices using Adobe creative suite (e.g., Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, audio/video editing (Adobe Premiere or Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Sound Studio).


Qualifications And Education Requirements


  • Preferred Bachelors Degree in related field but not required.
  • Federal experience preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
  • Must be able to operate Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
