Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Fully Remote role but looking for Austin based designers

Status: Freelance

Estimated Duration: Open ended

Starts: Week of May 1st, 2023

Hourly Rate: $35 - $40 /Hr

Our real estate client is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer with commercial real estate experience. This opportunity is project based, fully remote, and slated to start as soon as next week. While the role is fully remote, the client is looking for candidates local to and familiar with the Austin area. Commercial real estate experience required to be considered.


Project details: Create marketing collateral such as flier templates and one-pagers that have a consistent brand voice and are creatively designed to reach target audience. Deliverables are 80/20 digital and print and designer will be given examples of desired look and feel.


The ideal Graphic Designer is local to Austin, and has a background in commercial real estate (bonus if within Office spaces). They will be proficient in Illustrator and InDesign, comfortable taking creative initiative while maintaining continuity of brand voice.
