Job Description

The Grants & Data Specialist evenly splits time between grants and data management activities for the Director of Community Impact and leading nd coordinating public outreach activities.


Responsibilities

  • Support research, development, maintenance and tracking of grant funded programs
  • Conduct routine reviews of grant funded programs
  • Identify and monitor risks
  • Use project management software
  • Collect and organize program data
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update database
  • Assists the DCI in monitoring measurable outcomes according to workplan
  • Provide compliance reports and program updates
  • Prepare contracts, process invoices and grant reimbursement requests
  • Provide other monitoring and evaluation support to programs as needed
  • Responsible for creating and conducting information procedures andensuring database is current
  • Respond to information requests
  • Serve as the expert on contractual agreements
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Ensure compliance by overseeing program deadlines


Qualifications

Associate's Degree

One-year full-time experience working with nonprofit business functions

Proficient using Microsoft Office

Highly organized self starter

Research & data management skills

Valid driver's license
