Join our fast-growing team as a Google Media Specialist, a client-facing role that focuses on helping small and medium eCommerce businesses grow and thrive. As a Google Media Specialist, you'll work closely with our production, technical, and account management teams to develop and implement Google Ads strategies that maximize results for our clients.

What You'll Do

Google Ads Strategy and Management

  • Establish and achieve client targets for sales and growth goals on Google Ads.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor plans to reach these targets, ensuring client retention through demonstrated growth and progress.
  • Serve as a Paid Media subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams and clients on creative growth strategies.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Google Adwords campaigns (Shopping, Search, YouTube, etc.).

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new or existing clients, ensuring full utilization of monthly scopes of work and maximum ROI.
  • Manage client communications, inquiries, and strategy recommendations to improve results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating internal resources and managing deadlines.
  • Oversee multiple clients' expectations, strategies, budgets, and conversions.

Team Collaboration

  • Help train and onboard new team members as needed.
  • Oversee a technical team to ensure top-quality campaign service and deliverables.
  • Coordinate tasks, priorities, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client) daily.
  • Support and coach junior staff members by providing guidance and answering questions.

Experience & Skills

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce, tracking and attribution, and the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your workload effectively.
  • A calm, problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing engaging ad copy and landing page content is a daily task).
  • 2-3+ years in a client management role (Account manager, project manager).
  • A passion for helping customers find solutions to their questions and problems.

A plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with a remote team.
  • Previous agency experience.
