Role Description

We are looking for a Golf Course Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our golf course. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with some remote work acceptable. The main responsibilities include managing and training staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring and maintaining turf quality, managing financial budgets such as payroll and supplies and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service to all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf course agronomy, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use new software systems as required
• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach when dealing with members and guests
• Bachelor's degree in turf management or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in golf course management or related field
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time
• Experience in a diverse workforce is an advantage
