Job Description
Overview:
Sedgefield Country Club is seeking staff to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This department is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the golf course and all the grounds around the clubhouse and other facilities. Sedgefield is host of the PGA TOUR Wyndham Championship, which is televised worldwide, with some of the world's best golfers.

The position is seasonal from April through October. If a candidate proves to be a great addition to the team, there is a potential opportunity at the end of October to stay on board and transition to Full-Time status with benefits. Full-time positions offer outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, uniforms, a complimentary lunch four days a week, and limited golf privileges.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • The typical work week is Monday through Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm; Fridays 6:30am - 11:30am
  • Early morning shifts are standard and punctuality is of utmost importance.
  • This position also works every other weekend from 6:00am - 10:00am.
  • This position works outside in all weather conditions.
  • Weedeating, backpack blowing, operating tractors, general maintenance.
  • Mowing greens, fairways, and rough using walking and riding mowers.

Salary Range: USD $15.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
