Role Description Our Golf Cart Attendants create a sense of welcome and arrival for all guests and members participating in golf play. They will also be a point of contact while utilizing the golf course and in matters regarding golf play. Golf Cart Attendants are fully versed in all aspects of the golf department and amenities provided by the resort. Golf Cart Attendants are responsible for maintaining the safety of guests and owners and the integrity of the resort and its policies. Our car staff insures outside components of the golf operations are facilitated which specifically relates to the golf cart fleet management and driving range component along with general facility cleanliness and upkeep. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for the game of golf and truly enjoy engaging with our members and guests with a focus on the game. Our cart staff provides each golfer with a personalized experience that will have each guest never forget their round of golf at Brasada Canyons. You must enjoy working outside in the beautiful weather and be able to maintain an organized operation to ensure that each guest gets the attention that they require. General Responsibilities
• One complimentary trail ride with Brasada Trails
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned. Skills/Traits
• Standing for long periods of time
• Responsible for escorting players to Men's and Women's Locker Rooms. (if applicable) Keep golf carts, range balls and club rentals available to customers. Coordinates with golf-shop to keep level of carts available. Keep driving range clean, picked and keep course water containers clean and filled with ice water. Upkeep on restrooms and trash receptacles. Maintains grounds around pro shop and driving range.
• Has a good understanding of the rules and regulations of the game of golf and proper course etiquette.
• Tuition reimbursement program
• Responsible for collection and organization of all range baskets and the washing of the range balls.
• Assisting with requests, and questions.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change.
• Maintain knowledge of current resort events, activities and hours of operation as well as dining options currently available.
• Must have good understanding of golf rules and regulations.
• Ensure carts are properly stored and placed on chargers.
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 15 lbs

• Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery equipment.

• Assist and bring resolution to guest issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on satisfaction. Use supervisor support when necessary.
