Job Description
NVIDIA is looking to hire a Global Trade Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. Import Team. Responsibilities include the application of U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations to ensure NVIDIA’s compliance with U.S. trade laws and regulations and implementation of an internal control program to manage customs compliance risk.
What you will be doing:
  • Work with outside counsel to resolve complex customs issues.
  • Act as subject matter expert for internal business teams for import related questions and projects.
  • Manage Customs Brokers clearance through U.S. and Canada to ensure compliance with U.S./Canadian regulations; Manage revisions/updates to Broker Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Manage all U.S. import clearance activities, including HTS classification, PGA determinations and Anti-dumping/Countervailing Duty reviews, manage Reconciliation program and monitor compliance with Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
  • Support CTPAT program requirements.
  • Review and respond to CBP on CF28/29s; implement required corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement internal control program based on trade risk, including post-entry transaction audits, documented customs policies and procedures, and U.S. Import Compliance Manual.
What we need to see:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing U.S. import activities in semiconductor/tech industry is a plus.
  • Experience using ACE and analyzing ACE reports.
  • Strong knowledge of HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin determinations.
  • Background with U.S. CBP Reconciliation program.
  • Experience with ADD/CVD entries.
  • Licensed U.S. Custom Broker with 3-5 years of experience in a global corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to execute day-to-day activities effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams including Operations, Tax, Finance, Engineering, IT and Sales.

The base salary range is $84,000 - $138,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
