Role Overview
We are looking for:
A Global Planner to work on worldwide planning for two Aromatics Product Lines through collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. This person will build an optimized supply plan that effectively meets the needs of the business. The role supports the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), process by developing a supply plan that optimizes inventory levels, manufacturing asset utilization and customer delivery service.
We count on you for:
  • Optimize internal capacity and evaluate external sourcing options as necessary
  • Collaboration with Product Management to balance supply with demand near and long term.
  • Ensure KPIs are in-line with business objectives/strategy and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion, The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are Inventory Days of Sales, Customer Delivery Service (OTIF), Production Asset Utilization & Forecast Accuracy.
  • Document assumptions on demand and supply as part of the S&OP process
  • Inventory optimization - balancing financial impact to the company and customer service level
  • Lead in the development of mid-range production and capacity plans.

You will bring:
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, strong quantitative and analytical skills; proven accountability and success in balancing optimal inventory turns, manufacturing asset utilization, and customer fulfillment rates.
  • Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Chemical or Industrial Engineering; or Master’s degree, desired.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in demand and supply planning in manufacturing. Demonstrated experience working across multiple Global business units/locations, scaling operations building talented teams.
  • Expertise leading and supporting a cross-functional S&OP process; proficiency in developing supply and capacity plans from demand inputs
  • APICS CPIM and / or IBF Demand Planning certification preferred
  • Global experience a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems and S&OP
  • Strong scenario planning, analytical and organization skills required.
  • Roll-up-the sleeves leadership approach, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a track record of success in a changing environment; ability to impact and influence change

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,306 to $129,132 per year.
  • Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
