Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Geologist to join our team in the Environmental Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site assessments, investigations, and remediation projects. This is a permanent position that offers excellent career growth opportunities and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and investigations to determine the environmental conditions of sites.
• Provide technical support to other departments, such as engineering and construction.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct field work, including soil and water sampling, drilling, and monitoring well installation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HAZWOPER, AHERA, and other safety regulations.
• Develop and implement remediation plans for contaminated soil and groundwater.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UST regulations and soil remediation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with GIT, hydrogeology, and vapor intrusion.
• Familiarity with Brownfields redevelopment and site assessment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Geologist.
• Professional Geologist (PG) certification is preferred NOT required.
