Genetic Counselor - Swedish First Hill 1221 Madison-Seattle(HR)

Counsels patients at risk for hereditary cancer. Acts as a consultant/resource for patients and physicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - From a genetic counseling training program approved by the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
• Washington Genetic Counselor License upon hire.
• Well-rounded experience dealing with genetic disorders including cancer risk assessment; ordering and interpreting genetic test results; and providing psychosocial assessment and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year - Experience working with patients at risk for hereditary cancer.
