General Surgeon In Salisbury, North Carolina

TeamHealth has an opportunity for a general surgeon (MD or DO) to join our acute care surgeon team full-time in Salisbury, North Carolina, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Relocation is not required; flexibility of schedule is key. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual who will support the staff and work in a collegial manner while demonstrating clinical excellence and superior communication skills with high patient satisfaction scores.

Other requirements include an awareness of patient affordability issues and an attitude that places the patient above all other considerations. Candidates must provide quality care and be comfortable with a broad range of general surgical procedures including trauma. Credentials include board certification in general surgery, an active North Carolina license to practice, ATLS certification, and a track record in the full scope of general surgery.
