General Manager - Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa Kauai By Outrigger

Directly responsible for ensuring the overall rental program operations are effectively managed. Works closely with all departments on site and corporate support, to create and maintain maximum profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, property and condo maintenance, work place harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Resorts & Hotels standards. Collaborate with the AOAO manager and the Board of Directors where needed to maintain positive relationships as well as represent Outrigger’s ownership interests at the property. Responsible for actively promoting the property as a quality condominium resort; and representing the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in condominium and hotel management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired can be substituted for a degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
