Job Description


The Global Partners and Support Team at Intel is looking for an exceptional, partner first leader to expand the impact and value of software and services partnerships across our global ecosystem.

The General Manager of Software and Services Partner is accountable for Intel's global partner sales strategy, execution, and results. This critical leadership position will ensure evolution of our programs, enabling and the end-to-end partner journey under the Intel Partner Alliance with a focus on ISVs and SIs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and nurture influential relationships with global ISV and SI executives. Be a relentless, global voice of the partner, ensuring Intel delivers best in class value, products, programs, and support. Partner across the enterprise to set the ecosystem strategy and develop and execute a rigorous, integrated plan to achieve annual partner experience and business objectives within budget.
  • Ensure the worldwide partner teams are fully enabled, focused on enabling partners and accountable for business outcomes. Establish business processes to ensure operational excellence and dynamically adjust to changes in the marketplace and competitive landscape.
  • Build a strong, inspiring leadership team that builds an inclusive, high-performance organization. Develop and communicate a powerful organization vision, connect the team to Intel's purpose and inspire them to achieve it.


A successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • Visible global leadership and collaboration across a highly matrixed organization. Proactive engagement of key stakeholders to garner support.
  • A strong foundation of execution, including a highly structured approach, business process definition, metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement and top issue clarity and resolution.
  • Knowledge of Intel's overall partner ecosystem with expertise in ISV, developers, SIs, and Cloud partner business models, needs and programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Thought leader with executive presence, including the ability to hold CxO-level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, listening, verbal, written, presentation and keynote skills required. Role models Intel values.
  • Extensive people leadership experience; attracting and developing the best talent in the industry; building trusting teams; managing large multi-functional, multi-geo teams; inspiring and fostering a culture of customer centricity and teamwork
  • Strong product, competitive and business acumen, including strategy, planning, complex problem-solving, financial ROI, and decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of ecosystem experience with deep software and computing services expertise
  • Experience leading in a global matrix organization structure
  • Extensive managerial experience
  • Role model for Intel culture
  • Strong business, product and partner acumen

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $188,530.00-$329,690.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
