What You Will Be Doing

• Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to drive profitability and growth.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

What You Bring To The Table

• Strong financial acumen (budgets, P&L’s etc.)
• Proven progressive experience and responsibility in a heavy construction dealer environment
• Solid background in sales and product support management
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Scalability, Innovative and resourceful
