Full charge GM to manage day to day operations of a casual fine-dining Italian restaurant with over $2.8 MM in annual sales. We are expanding our current location and seek a candidate who is capable of growing sales and managing a staff of over 30 persons. The General Manager is responsible for the overall Front of the House (FOH) operations of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day operations and short-term planning. The primary focus is upon delivering a superior guest experience and maximizing profits while developing a superior staff and fostering a positive work environment.
This position is also member of the Siena Restaurant Group’s corporate management team. As such, this position is responsible to maintain & promote the corporate brand identity, attributes, and core competencies while following all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and executing corporate directives.
