General Maintenance/Custodian Jobs

Sunset Hills Subaru is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time experienced General Maintenance/Custodian to maintain our facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodial role focused on building upkeep with a keen eye for detail and diligence, reliable as well as a dependable team player.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work at particular heights
• Strong Communication skills
• Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals
• Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices
• Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules
• Operate power equipment such as automatic floor scrubbers, power washers, and hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours

RESPONSIBILITES:

• General Maintenance duties to include drywall repair, painting, changing light bulbs/fixtures, and minor carpentry repairs
• Take care of any maintenance issues that arise with building along with maintain building appearance and cleanliness of building and surrounding grounds
• Groundskeeper duties to include weed removal, snow removal, sprinkler system maintenance and lot cleanup
• Custodial duties to include trash removal, window cleaning, any general cleanup as needed during the day

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Full-time: 40 hours a week Monday – Friday
Occasional overtime as business needs requires
