Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20-$23 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Wednesday-Saturday 5am:3:30pm

Sunday-Wednesday 5am-3:30pm

The General Laborer position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes rubber, stretch cord, sewing and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Sews, cuts, clips, hooks or otherwise assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
• Willingness to work in different areas of the warehouse
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. between 8-10 hours per day
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Employee must be able to use both hands to control equipment and material using in the production process
• Ability to work overtime when needed/respond to on-call issues when needed
• Track production on schedule boards
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes
