Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned, which may include but are not limited to:
• Operating hand tools and power tools
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Assisting other team members as needed
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Sorting and organizing materials
• Assisting with construction and renovation projects
• Adhere to company policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary
• Previous experience in a similar general labor role is preferred but not required
