This position will pay $12/hr. base pay but each employee has the potential to make over $20.00/hr.Newly hired employees will receive a $500 signing bonus after completing 30days of consecutive attendance. This includes reporting consistently to work by 6:40am. Any absence or tardy before the 30-day qualification period is met the signing bonus period restarts until employee meets the 30-day requirement. Qualifying employees will be paid the $500 signing bonus on the 1st check issued by the company.A weekly attendance bonus of $50/wk. will be paid to each employee who qualifies. To qualify, an employee must be clocked in by 6:40am and not miss any work during that week to be paid the bonus. A monthly attendance bonus of $500/mo. will be paid to each employee who qualifies. To qualify, an employee must be clocked in by 6:40am and not miss any work during that month to be paid the bonus.All full-time employees will be paid a monthly production bonus based on the plant performance goals set each month.
