The role involves physical tasks and will require the candidate to work on Thursday, September 14, 2023, starting at 5:00 PM until the setup is complete. Additionally, the candidate will be needed on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 5:00 PM. This position may involve some heavy lifting duties. The ideal candidate should be reliable, physically fit, and able to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure the successful preparation of the event space.Key Responsibilities:Assist with event setup activities, including moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and decorations.Follow instructions from event organizers and supervisors.Work collaboratively with a team to complete tasks within the given timeframes.Perform occasional heavy lifting tasks as required.Maintain a neat and organized event space.Qualifications:Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.Dependable and punctual.Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a high standard of event setup.Previous event setup experience is a plus, but not required.We have convenient hours all week long for you to come in and apply!
