Your role will involve a variety of essential duties to ensure our products meet the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities:**- Embrace our commitment to quality as you perform your tasks.- Read and comprehend Bills of Materials (B.O.M.'s).- Interpret and understand engineering drawings.- Operate Arbor Presses for precision assembly.- Utilize Assembly Fixtures to ensure accurate alignment.- Proficiently use various hand tools to complete tasks.- Assist in counting and inventory duties to maintain records.- Utilize power screwdrivers for efficient assembly.- Work with both low-pressure and some high-pressure air tanks.- Operate power supplies for necessary tasks.- Participate in adhesive application responsibilities.- Apply accurate labeling to products.- Utilize the Bagger/Sealer machine for packaging.- Log order details for proper documentation.- Utilize basic computer skills for data entry.**Qualifications:**To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).- Language Skills: Clear and precise communication within the assigned department. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Basic writing skills. Capable of presenting information in small group settings.- Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.- Reasoning Ability: Capable of understanding detailed written or oral instructions and applying common sense. Can address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.**Physical Demands:**Your physical capabilities for this role include:- Regular sitting, occasional standing, and walking.- Ability to use hand-to-eye coordination effectively.- Regular lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds, frequent lifting/moving of up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 pounds.- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.**Work Environment:**In this role, you can expect:- Occasional exposure to humid conditions, vented fumes, and minor risk of electrical shock.- Generally quiet noise levels within the work environment.**Additional Requirements:**- Interviews will be conducted for qualified candidates.- Successful candidates must pass a drug testing screening.
