General Laborer Mancan has partnered up with a company based in Wooster seeking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team as General Laborers. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to earn extra cash and potentially secure a permanent position with the company.Job Responsibilities:As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the production and packaging of our products. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:-Re-scoring lines on boxes: Ensuring boxes meet quality standards by fixing and adjusting scoring lines.-Folding boxes: Accurately folding boxes for efficient packaging.-Downstacking orders: Safely and efficiently unloading products from pallets and organizing them as required.-Palletizing boxes: Carefully stacking finished products onto pallets for shipping.-Lifting up to 50lbs: Safely lifting and moving boxes and materials as necessary.-Working on the production line: Performing assigned tasks on the production line to contribute to the manufacturing process.-Double bagging product: Ensuring product protection and packaging integrity by double bagging when necessary.-Preparing product for shipping: Assisting in the preparation and labeling of products for outbound shipments.-Any other duties to be assigned: Being flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as required to support the production team.Qualifications and Requirements:-Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment can be beneficial.-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.B-asic understanding of workplace safety procedures.-Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.-Must be punctual and reliable, adhering to the assigned schedule.-Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.-Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.Benefits:-Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.-Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry.-Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.Shift: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm Pay: $14.50/hrIf you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a General Laborer with our company, please apply now!
