General Laborer General Laborers needed in the North Canton area to help out a restoration company! Candidates will be cleaning up after fire and water damage. Duties will include deep cleaning of building, must lift up to 50 pounds repetatively and be able to bend, kneel and twist frequently through out your shift. M-F 8am until done! Could be working 10-12 hour shifts per day!Pay $15.00/hr.REQUIREMENTS

• Work in unpleasant temperatures: some job sites are unusually warm, others are unusually cold
• Breaks: we allow 2 paid 15 minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon)
• Work attire - protective shoes ideal, definitely closed shoes. We provide additional protective equipment
• Follow safety guidelines as explained
• Clean background check
• Lunch: Not mandatory, but if they do take lunch it is unpaid and would need to be no less than 30 minutes and no more than 60 minutes. Also, they need to be prepared with their own lunch as sometimes going off site to get lunch is not an option
• Work more than 8 hours/day when needed (not to exceed 40/week)
• Able to bend, stoop, and work on a platform or ladder in order to perform a given task
• Not allowed to be on cell phone for personal use while clocked in except for when on approved breaks
• Lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
