General LaborerCode: 685977Location: OH - North CantonContact: Canton Mancan is looking for general laborers to work in the insulating department spraying coils.1st shift, Monday-Friday from 5am-3pm, and Saturday 5am-12pm.Pay $16-18.00 based on experience1) Load or feed workpieces into welding machines in order to join or bond components.2) Mark weld points and positions of components on workpieces, using rules, squares, templates, and scribes.3) Observe meters, gauges, and machine operations to ensure that soldering or brazing processes meet specifications.4) Prepare metal surfaces and workpieces, using hand-operated equipment such as grinders, cutters, or drills.5) Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications.6) Remove workpieces and parts from machinery after work is complete, using hand tools.7) Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and stops onto machines, using measuring instruments and hand tools.8) Select torch tips, alloys, flux, coil, tubing, and wire, according to metal types and thicknesses, data charts, and records.9) Clean, lubricate, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation, using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools.10) Devise and build fixtures and jigs used to hold parts in place during welding, brazing, or soldering.11) Dress electrodes, using tip dressers, files, emery cloths, or dressing wheels.12) Give directions to other workers regarding machine setup and use.13) Record operational information on specified production reports.14) Start, monitor, and adjust robotic welding production lines.15) Tend auxiliary equipment used in welding processes.16) Transfer components, metal products, and assemblies, using moving equipment.
