General Laborer 1St Shift

Pay: Earning starting at $20 per hour
Sign-on Bonus

• 90 Days - $1,000
• 60 Days - $500
• 30 Days - $500

Shift: First Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm, M-F
Required Skills/Abilities/Education

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred but not necessary.
• Valid motorist's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to raise 50 pounds at times.
• Long periods of standing.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Washing parts per SOP.
• Production maintenance - Completing required cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Loading/unloading media into machines
• Reviewing quality policy weekly.
• Preparing bowls/MVs for next load
• Prepping parts after process ends for cleaning.
• Helping Management with other assigned tasks and duties.
• Receiving customer parts for surface polishing.
• Double checking all work before processing
• Utilizing forklift.
• Using hand tools and some power tools.
• Ensuring parts are done to customers specifications.
• Inventory incoming parts reports and documents discrepancy in a timely manner.
• Before prepping inspect parts for damage from supplier and report to management.
• Adhering to safety requirements.
• Assisting in preparing parts for shipping.
