General Labor - Lawn

No experience is required - just show up and listen to direction!

You will be operating rakes, leafblowers, and zero-turn mowers, but this is not your typical landscaping job. We can meet you at our shop in Hugo/Lino or at the job site.

Contract with a government pipeline, so they require a background check and drug/alcohol screening. But once you're hired, you'll enjoy a host of benefits, including:

• Schedule has some flexibility within reason, as long as it’s consistent and works for the team
• 2 weeks paid vacation right off the bat
• Profit share/commission on any new jobs brought in by you (10%)
• Three brand new F-150 trucks waiting for competent people to drive them to work sites and take them home each day, with a company gas card
• 3 days unpaid medical/sick time - Assistance with insurance/medical benefits
• 2 to 3 weeks of out-of-town work where you are home every Friday and all costs are covered with a per diem As you grow with the company and become a rockstar on the team, you'll have the opportunity to earn same-day raises with each "operator qualification" you complete, with the potential to earn $24-$32 within 8 months!!!
