Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to painting, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and cleaning up afterwards.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing damaged drywall, and patching holes in walls.
• Assist with landscaping tasks, such as mowing lawns and trimming bushes.
• Perform minor electrical work, such as installing light fixtures and replacing outlets.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist with plumbing tasks, such as unclogging toilets and repairing leaky pipes.
• Install doors, windows, and other fixtures as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in a construction-related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
