General Cleaner Jobs

Lloyd Management is growing, and we are looking to add a Part Time Cleaner to our growing team in Buffalo, MN!

This part-time position will work around 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling! In this position, you'll be responsible for general cleaning at a multi-family housing property in Buffalo, MN.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Cleaning of all common areas in the building
• Maintain professional, courteous manner with all residents, contactors, and fellow co-workers
• Grounds inspection and trash pick-up
• Comply with all Fair Housing laws
• Complete the turnover process of vacant units
• Seasonal cleaning as assigned (light fixtures, baseboards, etc)

Education/Experience

• Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and products
• Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred. Training provided as needed!

• Must be reliable and dependable
