Position Summary
Are you someone who has a passion for Sports? We are seeking out part-time Game Night Staff members to be a part of the Saints Game Experience Team! We are seeking a dedicated, flexible, and customer service driven individual to play an integral part in providing the best entertainment for 70,000+ fans at Saints home games & events. This position will require late nights, weekends, and open availability for Saints games.
What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the implementation and execution of the Live Game Experience at all Saints home games to ensure an exceptional fan experience
• Stage manage for national anthem, color guard, and halftime performances
• Serve as a stage manager for sponsored on-field and in-stands activations
• Work with Saints Cheer Krewe to coordinator activations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Serve as the liaison between entertainment performers and the Director of Game Experience
• Lead flag unfurl check-ins, rehearsal, and pregame execution
• Assist with Champions Square entertainment as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Takes directions well and is a dedicated team player
• Must be hardworking, upbeat, and able to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
• Ability to work all 10 scheduled Saints home games (arriving 5 hours prior to kickoff) and any additional home playoff games, select rehearsals and occasional special events
• Hard-working and knowledgeable about the sports, live entertainment/production, and special event industry
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs at a time
• Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Ability to work well with others including Show Caller, other stage managers, Game Experience staff, camera operators, hosts, VIPs and more
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and address problems in a high-stress, fast-paced live event/production environment
