Game Day And Operations Manager

:

Oversee all Game Day operations for both the North Iowa Bulls (NAHL) and Toros (NA3HL) as well as assist in the day to day operations of the organizations. The Bulls and Toros both play their home games in the brand new state of the art Mason City Arena. Create a dynamic and fun atmosphere to attract more fans and increase revenue. This is a great position for someone looking to enter the sports management world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Other duties as assigned and needed
• Create and plan game promotions throughout the season such as college night, youth hockey night, and other creative initiatives.
• Work with incoming team itinerary and needs.
• Support media content through video and social media as needed.
• Sell tickets through promotions and group tickets.
• Work with the Director ofoperations on proper ordering and inventory for alcohol and merchandise.
• Help and attend other promote other business events as needed
• Be a revenue driver on new promotions, sales and game events.
• Ensure and schedule proper staffing of all events efficiently as possible. Be the main point of contact for game day employees.
• Oversee all game day operations for the Bulls and Toros, must be able to work all Bulls and Toros home games.
• Create in-game activities and ideas that create a fun and exciting atmosphere to attract new fans. Be willing to push the envelope in excitement and activities.
• Create a strong volunteer program to assist in game day staffing.
