Job Description

A well-established Asset Management is seeking a Financial and Investor reporting professional (Fund Accountant) for various investment funds and vehicles.


The role will support the accounting and reporting for investment vehicles, limited partnerships and separately managed accounts relative to limited partnership and investment management agreements. Perform accounting functions in accordance with GAAP.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support of external audits.
  • Monthly closes and maintenance of fund general ledgers.
  • Preparation of quarterly investor reporting; management and regulatory reporting.
  • Forecasting fund performance.
  • Set up and maintenance of capital accounts.
  • Assist in various ad-hoc projects and requests.


Candidate Requirements:

  • High skill level in Excel required.
  • CPA or public accounting background in financial services is a huge plus
  • 4-7+ years relevant experience in an Investment Accounting oriented role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant degree
