Full-Time Pm Custodian Jobs

BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long-term health care facilities. We are looking for a PM Custodian.

The role of our PM Custodian is described in detail below and must be performed in a manner that sufficiently meets client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by BSG Maintenance location based on client requirements and business needs.

Custodian

• Window Washing
• Sweeping and mopping, using an auto scrubber. Vacuuming, carpet cleaning, buffing floors, and trash removal
• Room moves and deep cleaning
• Carpet Extraction
• Assist with overall housekeeping duties
• Scrubbing hard flooring
• Trash Removal
• Floor Care
• Do supply deliveries

We Will Train You

• No Experience Required
• Paid - On The Job Paid Training

Qualifications

• Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor, and other employees.
• Adaptability to perform a variety of duties and repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility & ability to adapt to changing needs each day.

Hours

• PM Custodian: 2:30pm-11:00pm (Can be a little flexible with this)
