Full-Time Legal Assistant Kennedy Sutherland LLP is looking for a part-time legal assistant for their San Antonio, Texas office. The firm's practice is business, banking, and finance-related and will involve assisting the firm in various areas. This individual must be proficient with technology, social media platforms, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities Answer the mainline calls Scan and file documents electronically Create new client matters and prepare engagement letters Manage the firm's website, client alerts, and social media Assist the attorneys with sending out documents for e-signature Assist the attorneys with scheduling meetings Prepare, edit, and review legal documents Run errands for the firm, including mailing out letters and boxes Monitor important projects and deadlines Attend events, conferences, and other meetings for the firm Monitor office supplies, drinks, and snacks Requirements Must have a bachelors 1 year of legal experience (preferred) 1 year of experience in banking and loan documentation (preferred) Ability to travel into the office (hybrid role) Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new technology/software quickly Experience with constant contact, outlook, and Box In order to have your submission considered, you must complete the online assessment which follows this application.
