  • Maintaining an accurate general ledger, making adjustments as needed;
  • Responsibilities:
  • Issuing invoices to and collecting payments from clients;
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
  • Reconciling cash, bank accounts, and revenues;
  • Monitoring the business' cash flow
  • Creating journal entries for all accounts, including fixed assets;
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Compensation & Benefits Package: $45,000 to $75,000 based on experience. See Benefits Package Details below.
  • Participating in firm meetings and assisting with projects/assignments from firm leadership.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of full-charge accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Required Education:
  • Coordinating payroll information with third-party payroll providers; and

Team Bonus: All of our employees share equally in a team bonus 3 times each year equal up to 10% of the firm’s net profits based upon how many of the firm’s and team members’ goals and measurables are achieved

Employee-Owned: One of the most unique aspects of Starting in 2021, employees who had completed 1 year of full-time employment were eligible to buy a percentage of the firm - this continued in 2022 and 2023, and is expected to continue for the next several years. The purchase price is financed solely by the employee-shareholders share of net profits distributions; The current plan is to be 100% employee owned by 2033
