- Maintaining an accurate general ledger, making adjustments as needed;
- Responsibilities:
- Issuing invoices to and collecting payments from clients;
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
- Reconciling cash, bank accounts, and revenues;
- Monitoring the business' cash flow
- Creating journal entries for all accounts, including fixed assets;
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Compensation & Benefits Package: $45,000 to $75,000 based on experience. See Benefits Package Details below.
- Participating in firm meetings and assisting with projects/assignments from firm leadership.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of full-charge accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Required Education:
- Coordinating payroll information with third-party payroll providers; and
