Full Time / Virtual Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Data Entry Assistant. In this role, you will work remotely to support our clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients, increasing their overall satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage clients’ accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and addressing any issues that may arise
• Understand clients’ needs and work closely with them to develop solutions that meet those needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients’ needs are being met and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
• Provide regular reports on clients’ accounts and activities, tracking key metrics and providing insights into areas for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations to clients and internal teams as appropriate

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in account management or customer service is a plus, but not required
