We are looking for an entry-level Operations Assistant to join our team! As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives and ensuring that they have the resources they need to be successful. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a variety of other tasks to keep our executives organized and productive.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations
- Attend meetings and take notes, distribute minutes and action items to attendees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for executives
- Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phone calls and emails
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with project management and data analysis a plus
