Job Description
Franklin Park, an Independent Care community in San Antonio, is now interviewing for a full-time housekeeper at our independent living community. Prompt and courteous customer service is one of our prime values, so this is the perfect job for someone who is cheerful and dependable, and loves to make things look their best.
Pay: DOE
Hours are 8-4:30pm Monday thru Friday w/rotating weekends.

Duties Include
  • Cleaning offices and community areas, including common areas, laundry rooms and breezeways
  • Cleaning glass surfaces
  • Reporting to management any health or safety concerns, such as unleveled walking paths, changes in a resident’s behavior, presence of insects, etc.
  • Removing trash
  • Maintaining safety and sanitation by cleaning spills, using hazard signs, reporting damage, etc.
  • Thoroughly cleaning apartments after move-out
  • Dusting
  • Laundry
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and water fountains
  • Vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture
