Full Stack Java Software Engineer (All Levels)

We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Java Software Engineer to support Report Authoring and Dissemination efforts. What you will be doing:

This position involves collaborative work with Government leadership and end users, systems engineers, and software engineers to design, develop, install, deploy, operate, and manage systems. The software engineer will support a modernization effort to converge our customer’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools.

What you will need:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional developer experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience

Required technical skills include experience with:

• RESTful web services
• Full stack software engineering with strong back-end Java skills and UI experience
• Java Spring Boot
• Vue.js or TypeScript
• MongoDB

Additional desired technical skills may include experience with:

• Spring Cloud, Spring Framework
• Tomcat
• Docker, Docker Compose, or Docker Swarm
• Elasticsearch
• Agile software development practices, Jira and Confluence
• Current Agency reporting tools and solutions
• HAProxy
