Job Description

Vertedge Health Analytics is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will have a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software applications. Experience working with healthcare data, particularly claims data, is strong recommended. Responsibilities

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data communication.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend solutions using Python and PostgreSQL.


Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Option 1: BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Strong experience in backend development using Python.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, etc.).
  • Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


Recommended Skills & Experiences

  • Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
  • Background in data engineering and analytics.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, particularly claims data, is strongly recommended.
  • Knowledge of AWS DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with BI Dashboards, such as AWS QuickSight.
