Job Description
What we are looking for:
Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This position is part of an Agile team supporting our federal customer, working on their cloud-based application developed using Angular, Java, Spring, and REST API, as well as operating in parallel to accomplish large-scale virtual environment initiatives.

Location: Remote; the selected candidate must be currently located in AL, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MS, NJ, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. Some essential travel is required to gain and maintain access to the customer's IT systems.

Completion of technical challenge will be required as part of the recruitment process

The successful candidate will be accountable to:
  • Participate in release/sprint planning; analyze requirements for project feasibility and determine schedules
  • Facilitating the flow of continuous development with the incorporation of unit and integration testing / testing best-practices throughout
  • Contribute to and lead efforts for code review, documentation, and coding standards
  • Working with a highly technical team in an Agile environment in order to provide timely, effective, and customized software solutions
  • End-to-end ownership of software development team's priorities and task execution
  • Interfacing with stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Working knowledge of the most recent cloud and infrastructure technologies
  • Advanced understanding of frameworks like Angular, Cloud delivery, and pattern libraries
  • Contribute regularly throughout development cycle for existing and new applications using Java/Spring, HTML5, CSS3, and modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks
What you bring:
Experience, Education & Training:
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, which implements CI/CD pipeline automation, unit / integration testing and modern development practices such as Test-Driven Development
  • 2+ years developing web applications using the Angular frameworks (or other modern frameworks such as React), JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, and HTML
  • Experience developing in a modern cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure)
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, explanation, and listening
  • 3+ years developing Spring Boot, REST API endpoints
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in full-stack development
  • Understanding of modern infrastructures and large initiative deployments
  • 2+ years of experience with repository and project tracking systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Jira)
