Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the ideation, creation, and optimization of websites.
Your expertise in various technologies, including Node.js, 3js, Web GL, and React, will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge web applications and delivering exceptional user experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and smooth functionality of our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, conceptualize website ideas, and design innovative solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
●Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using the latest front-end technologies, such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
●Implement and maintain back-end functionalities utilizing Node.js, ensuring efficient data handling, server-side operations, and database management.
●Utilize 3js and Web GL to create visually stunning and interactive web components that elevate the overall user experience.
●Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any performance issues, bugs, or compatibility problems across multiple browsers and devices.
●Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability to enhance loading times and user engagement.
●Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively suggest innovative improvements for our web development processes.
●Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and smooth user interactions.
●Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
●Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with team members to address any challenges that arise during the development process.
●Assist with the deployment and maintenance of web applications, ensuring they remain secure, functional, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
➔Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful web projects.
➔Proficiency in front-end development using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
➔Strong experience with Node.js and back-end development, including server-side scripting and database management.
➔Familiarity with 3js and Web GL for creating visually engaging web components.
➔Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
➔Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
➔Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
➔Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
➔Up-to-date knowledge of the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
➔Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred:
➔Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
➔Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
➔Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
➔Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design practices.
Duration and Compensation:
This internship position will be a (6)-month program. As our Full Stack Developer, you will receive compensation of $350 for every closed client referred through your efforts, with additional performance incentives for exceptional results.
Out of the 6 month internship, you would get 1 month access to learning materials for your growth and development, in summary ( 1 month of learning + 5 month of Work = 6 month)
