Job Description

Fulfillment Zone Lead

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility, and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and areas assigned.
  • Conduct morning start-up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans
in the zone.
  • Train and guide hourly employees within a zone of operation.
  • Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within
zones of responsibility.
  • Track and input metrics for the assigned zone.
  • Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation.
  • Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps.
  • Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
  • Ensure all company-supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by
reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment.
  • Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, experience in a warehouse environment
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required

  • Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred
